How Fraud and Other Crimes are Prosecuted and Predators Punished. Join Ryan Calvert to learn how criminal prosecution works and how punishment decisions are made. The program will explore crimes, including those impacting elderly & disabled populations such as theft, fraud, and Injury to an Elderly/Disabled Individual. Participants will learn about legal punishment options such as jail, prison, and probation, and why each case is truly different. You will also be able to participate in role playing as you get to decide for yourselves what punishments are appropriate on specific case scenarios, and explore why.
