I have taught aerobic dance for the last two years for Hanna Harelik's program, Better with Age Easy Fitness Blend. May background also includes a period o time as an aerobic dance instructor for 4 years in the early 80's. My career in education included being a Kindergarten teacher, an Assistant Principal and a Principal. I retired from Lorena ISD after 36 years of service. I am now ready to bring my passion for teaching to the fitness world. I enjoy music, dance, and working out--which is what Better with Age Easy Fitness Blend provides to me and the members of the class.
This popular blended class combines easy-to-follow dance steps, stretching, gentle yoga postures, hand weights, music, and relaxation techniques. Led by instructor Kathy Lina, the class is suitable for all ages and skill levels, whether you're a beginner or experienced.
