She is the first and only African-American woman to earn the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist designation through the National Auctioneers Association. She is also a board member of the Greater Austin Black Chamber of Commerce and an Achievements in Black Austin honoree. TiWanna served as a diversity speaker at the 2017 National Auctioneers Association National Conference, the 2017 Texas Auctioneers Association Annual Convention, and she is a committee member and panelist for the 2018 NAA Benefit Auctioneers Summit.
