Students will learn the ins and outs of the board-making process from instructor Courtney Watson, including the do's and don'ts of fruits, edible flowers, and more! Snacks will be provided as you will be able to enjoy what you create and take home what's left as it comes on a good grade board.

Mireya Zapata está de regreso para enseñar a los estudiantes técnicas básicas de decoración de pasteles usando crema de mantequilla, glaseado real y fondant. El curso incluirá cómo colorear el glaseado, su consistencia, ángulo de la bolsa y control de presión. Los estudiantes aprenderán a crear hermosos pasteles usando acopladores, flores hechas a mano que crearon con glaseado real, procesos de aplicación, puntas, clavos y otros equipos.

Cake Decorating 101

Mireya Zapata is back to teach students basic cake decorating techniques using buttercream, royal, and fondant icing. The course will include how to color icing, its consistency, bag angle, and pressure control. Students will learn to create beautiful cakes using couplers, hand-made flowers they created with royal icing, application processes, tips, nails, and other equipment. Students who wish to register between 12 and 16 years of age must have a parent.
