This popular blended class uses easy-to-follow dance steps and routines, stretching and gentle yoga postures, hand weights, music, and relaxation techniques. Designed by Hanna Vaughan, this program is an enjoyable way to exercise and improve health. Have fun while improving balance, strength, and stamina. Hanna will guide you through this class that is great for all ages whether you are a beginner or experienced! Bring a mat, refillable water bottle, and two hand weights of 1-3 pounds (optional). Hanna Vaughan teaches MWF, and Kathy Lina teaches TTH. Registration fee includes attending all five days as an option. Class will meet at Crestview Church of Christ Community Center.
